Join me for an inclusive and compassionate class focused on advance care planning, medical decision-making, chosen family advocacy, and creating end-of-life plans that reflect your identity, relationships, and wishes. This supportive space is designed specifically for the LGBTQ+ community to ask questions, explore options, and gain confidence in making decisions before they become urgent.
